ST. LOUIS, June 18, 2018—Core & Main LP, the leading U.S. distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of St. Louis Fabrication & Supply, one of the leading providers of fire protection product fabrication and distribution in the St. Louis area and surrounding markets. This acquisition marks the second by Core & Main since becoming an independent company in August of 2017. Effective June 18, the custom fabrication business will operate as a key part of Core & Main’s Fire Protection business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
