ST. LOUIS, June 8, 2018—Core & Main, a leading U.S. distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, has named Geoff Barlow as director of talent acquisition. He will be responsible for the company’s recruitment strategy, focusing on best practices that support acquisitions and other growth initiatives. He is based in St. Louis.
Barlow has more than 20 years of experience in global talent acquisition and retention, aligning talent with business strategy. He joins Core & Main from Express Scripts, Inc., where he was senior director of talent acquisition. Prior to that, he was director of global talent acquisition for American International Group, Inc. Previously, Geoff served in multiple talent acquisition roles for Nationwide Insurance, finally as national talent acquisition manager. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in a C-suite recruitment firm, Human Asset Management.
