What is happening and why?

Core & Main is upgrading security on Wednesday, August 17, which will impact the way you sign into Mobile Advantage and Online Advantage. Performing this upgrade enhances security for both Core & Main and our customers.

What is changing?

When registering for an account for applications such as Online Advantage and Mobile Advantage, we will ask you to verify your email address and phone number by providing a six-digit code. Once verified, your login experience will remain largely the same.

What are some of the benefits of this upgrade?

Performing this upgrade will bring us one step closer to allowing logging into all applications with a single username and password.

This upgrade will also allow us to offer additional social sign-in options in the future, such as logging in with a Google or Apple account.
