Jack Schaller

Jack Schaller is president of Core & Main, a leading specialized distributor with a focus on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services. As a member of the executive team, he is responsible for leading the field sales organization for the core business.

Schaller is a well-respected industry leader with strong vendor and customer relationships. He is a front-runner in mentoring and developing talent across Core & Main and serves as a thought leader for strategic mergers and acquisitions. Schaller began his nearly four-decade career at Sidener Supply Company where he advanced from warehouse to inside sales, outside sales, branch manager and director of purchasing, culminating as president in 1996. He orchestrated the sale of Sidener in 1997 to U.S. Filter, then led the organization through multiple integrations from National Waterworks, to HD Supply, and finally Core & Main.

Schaller holds an MBA from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is an active member of industry organizations including the American Water Works Association, National Utility Contractors Association and Water and Sewer Distributors of America, where he is a former member of the board.
