LAWSON BROWN

Lawson Brown is vice president, Fire Protection, at Core & Main, a leading distributor of waterworks and fire protection infrastructure products in the U.S. Brown is part of the leadership team of the company's Fire Protection business, an industry-leading distributor and fabricator with approximately 50 branch locations and 21 fabrication centers nationwide. He is responsible for expanding our business and is active with NFSA and AFSA at both national and local affiliation levels.

Brown brings 30 years of experience in profitable sales growth and strategic planning in a range of industrial markets. He joined us from HD Supply's Facilities Maintenance group, where he held multiple leadership roles supporting sales and strategic national accounts.
Brown served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps. Lawson earned his MBA from Bellarmine University and his bachelor's degree from North Georgia College and State University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Brown is a leader in Core & Main's diversity, inclusion and belonging community, called Culture+. He also spent several years as a member of the Shepherd's Men team, helping raise donor support for combat veterans suffering traumatic brain injury and PTSD.
